With more than two decades of graffiti knowledge & practice, Roice183 is one of the responsibles for making a small city in the spanish south east called Elche, known all over the world. At least all over the graffiti one. His intense activity since the beginnings and the quality emitted from each & every one of his pieces, place him as one of the most renowned figures in the national and european scene.

Now, Roice183 presents at Delimbo a series of pieces in another different line, far from defining itself as being a simple inheritor of his graffiti, it opens a completely new investigation path in his personal universe. Drawings and collages on paper, with a basic color range that emphasizes the abstract shapes he uses to compose. At times, the gesture that shows the elongated dedication of painting letters, is reminded. But above all, you can get that glimpse of the freedom of working on a new medium through which he develops different ideas.

We are pleased to officially introduce the formal presentation of such interesting study work of Roice183, and at the same time, we have the tranquility of knowing that his activity on the streets is not going to cease, that which we follow from a long time ago.

Con más de dos décadas de bagaje en el graffiti, Roice183 es uno de los culpables de que una pequeña ciudad del sureste español llamada Elche sea famosa en todo el mundo, al menos en todo el mundo del graffiti. Su intensa actividad desde el inicio y la calidad que desprende cada una de sus piezas, le sitúan como una de las figuras más destacadas en el panorama nacional y europeo.

Ahora Roice183 presenta en Delimbo una serie de piezas en otra línea que, lejos de conformarse con ser dignas herederas de su graffiti, abren toda una nueva vía de investigación en su universo personal. Dibujos y collages sobre papel con una gama cromática básica que enfatiza las formas abstractas de las que se sirve para componer. Por momentos, se recuerda el gesto del que lleva muchos años pintando letras, pero sobre todo se atisba la libertad de trabajar en un medio nuevo en el que desarrollar ideas distintas.

Estamos de enhorabuena por la presentación formal del interesantísimo trabajo de estudio de Roice183 y, al mismo tiempo, tenemos la tranquilidad de saber que no va a cesar en su actividad en la calle, esa que seguimos desde hace tanto tiempo.
